All rooms include a 43-inch flat-screen TV with satellite channels, mosquito nets, mini-bar fridge with complimentary water, tea/coffee facilities, digital safes, and USB ports. Ensuite bathrooms have double basins, with showers and baths in Pool View Rooms.
Dining and Bar Service
The restaurant serves American and Asian cuisine for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Breakfast includes cold meats, cheeses, fruits, cereals, muffins, croissants, and cooked options. Lunch offers an à la carte menu with six options and desserts, plus toasted sandwiches. Dinner is a three-course menu with two choices per course. The fully stocked bar serves wine, spirits, and specialty coffees. Meals are available indoors or on the veranda overlooking the gardens.

The property has two swimming pools with loungers set in private gardens. Bar and light meal service is available poolside during the day. The activities desk, open from 7 AM to 10 PM, books white water rafting, bungee jumping, and Zambezi River cruises. A small curio shop sells Zimbabwean souvenirs. The lodge provides a complimentary one-way shuttle to town or Victoria Falls at 10 AM daily.

Batonka Guest Lodge is 2.1 km from Victoria Falls, the world's largest sheet of falling water. The falls are at peak volume from February to May. The property is within walking distance of Pure Africa Experiences, Walk With Lions Victoria Falls, and Victoria Falls Snake Park. Taxis and car hire are available for transport beyond the scheduled shuttle service.
